Biography:
Classically trained as a
goldsmith at the Revere Academy
of Jewelry Arts, in San
Francisco. Lorrene Davis and her
husband owned and operated a
Jewelry Arts Gallery in a suburb
of Sacramento, California for
eleven years. She has been
actively teaching art workshops
over the last 9 years and has
been recently been honored as
a Master Instructor with Art
Clay Silver. Her class schedule
for 2006 includes Art Clay
Silver Introductory,
Intermediate, Level I & Senior
Certifications and Crossover
workshops. Her monthly schedule
has a minimum of two workshops
per month: one in Sacramento and
the other in her Placerville
Home Studio.
Since
1996 this award winning artist
has been honing her craft with
metal clay and polymer clay and
has had several articles
published on her art in the last
year. She is currently working
on her first book and several
more jewelry arts magazine
articles.
