Biography:
Artistic
expression has been the central
focus of my life. I’ve explored
many different areas of art:
batik, fiber structure, paper
making, Chinese brush painting.,
and ceramics. Sculpture became
my main focus in 1990. I began
to teach and share my techniques
shortly after. Once I
discovered silver clay, I
traveled over 1000 miles to
receive my certifications. And
I started teaching silver clay
in the year 2000.
While on this creative journey,
I’ve managed to marry and have
two children. My husband and I
have been together for over 36
years now- and the children have
flown the coop. We’re enjoying
our days now working on our home
and swing dancing most Saturday
nights!!
