Biography: Cheryl is married and has a daughter, a son, and two grandchildren. She is a native Californian with a background in the arts, education, and business. She is a former floral business owner, and an instructor of floral design, window display, and shop management at the local college. As a design artist for the 100th Rose Parade, she was very proud to have one of her four floats win the Governor’s Trophy. Cheryl enjoys rubber stamping and has served as an instructor and demonstration artist at many stamp stores and tradeshows. In addition, she has also appeared on television and published as a contributing artist in several magazines. As a certified Art Clay Senior Instructor, Cheryl teaches classes at all levels, and sells many of her designs. In general, she has always enjoyed the arts. |
Philosophy: Teaching allows creativity in students to be expressed by opening a whole new dimension in the students’ worlds. My greatest reward is being able to share this gift. |
