| Important Policy Change for Online Orders As of Monday, August 24, please make sure the contents of your shopping cart are correct BEFORE checking out. All online orders will now be final and cannot be changed or modified after submission. If you need to add or change items to an order, you will have to place a separate order, and pay for separate shipping. You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting the main office as soon as possible to make your request. Remember, orders are typically shipped within one business day of receipt, if not the same day. Any additions or changes to an existing order will not be accepted. | Returns / Refunds / Store Credit / Gift Certificates Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Only replacement products or store credit will be issued for defective merchandise. If you feel that you have a defective product, please contact us immediately by phone at 866-381-0100 (U.S. Toll Free) or 708-857-8800. Be prepared to explain the situation and why you feel the product is defective in detail. Please keep all packaging, as well as all of the product. If the product is metal clay in nature, please keep all of the clay as it you will be required to send us the product in order to receive any replacement. According to the manufacturer's policies, we may only replace product if it is returned in full. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Claim Number. Please contact the main office promptly to receive a Return Authorization Claim Number. A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on returned products. Store credits as well as gift certificates are valid 1 year from their issue date, and can not be used when shopping online. | Shipping Please remember to check your shipping and billing addresses to ensure they are entered correctly. This will help to avoid delays when placing your order. Packages shipped via UPS Ground do not have a guaranteed “time of delivery”. Ground packages will arrive “By End of Day” on the day specified by UPS. Check www.UPS.com for specific hours of delivery in your area. What do I do if my package arrives damaged? If the carton package looks damaged, do not accept the shipment. Contact the main office immediately at 866-381-0100 (U.S. toll free). If you open a package and the products inside are damaged, save all packaging materials and contact UPS at 800-742-5877. Please have the tracking number of the package available when you call, as you will be asked to provide it. Shipping damages are the responsibility of the shipping company and claims for such should be made through the appropriate carrier. Foreign Shipments: Art Clay World, USA, Inc. and its authorized distributors cannot ship Art Clay Silver or Gold series products outside of North America. If you would like to purchase these products and are not in North America, please click here for a list of foreign distributors. If you would like to purchase items that are not considered "Art Clay Series" items, please email us at orders@artclayworld.com with the items you wish to purchase as well as your complete name, mailing address, and contact information. Free Shipping on Retail Orders Over $150.00: All online retail orders over $150.00(USD) will now receive free UPS Ground shipping, but will be assessed the standard $2.50 shipping and handling fee. Free UPS Ground shipping is only available to the contiguous 48 states, and for retail orders placed online. Any items that cannot be ordered online (due to special shipping) make any order containing them exempt from the free shipping option. Certified instructors and wholesalers are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping & Handling Fee: A $2.50 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders, including those that meet the free shipping requirements. All UPS Shipments Over $150.00 Require a Signature! Our standard policy is that all UPS shipments valued at over $150.00 require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified. If you do not wish to have to sign for your UPS shipment, please put "No Signature Required" in the comments section when you place your order. In addition, please call or email us if you do not want a signature required to ensure your package is shipped properly. We will not be responsible for any issues with packages that do not require a signature. Shipment Carrier: Our online store only supports shipping by UPS. If you wish to have your order sent via the USPS, please read and sign this form. You will be required to submit this form or give verbal confirmation when you call, email, or fax your order. P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: UPS will not deliver packages to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses, so please provide a physical street address. UPS Services: Our online store offers the following UPS options: Shipping Time: Orders placed online usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock, or if the order is going outside U.S.A. All orders shipped outside the U.S. will be held for 1 business day before they are shipped. Domestic orders placed before 1pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be shipped on the day the order was placed (Monday through Friday). Any order received after 1pm CST will be shipped the next business day. For example, an order placed at 3pm on Thursday for 2nd day air will not be picked up until Friday, therefore arriving on Tuesday. Air shipments are based on business days; UPS does not deliver on Saturday except for Next Day Air shipments (for which there is an additional fee). Calculating Shipping Cost: The shipping total will be displayed on the fourth step of the checkout process before your payment is processed.
