Returns / Store Credit Policy:
All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Only replacement product or store credit will be issued for defective merchandise. 

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Claim Number.  Please contact the main office promptly to receive a Return Authorization Claim Number.  A 10% restocking fee may be assessed on returned products.

Store credits as well as gift certificates are valid 1 year from their issue date, and can not be used when shopping online. To use store credit or a gift certificate the order must be placed by phone at 1-866-381-0100.


Foreign Shipments:
We do not process orders from outside North America. If you would like to place an order and you are not in North America, please click here for a list of foreign distributors.

Time of Order:
Orders processed before 1 pm CST (Central Standard Time) will be shipped on the day the order was placed (business days only)*. Any order received after 1pm CST will be shipped the next business day*. For example, an order placed at 3pm on Thursday for 2nd day air will not be picked up until Friday, therefore arriving on Tuesday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday except for Next Day Air shipments (for which there is an additional fee). * = See “Product Availability

Free Shipping on Retail Orders Over $150.00:
All online retail orders over $150 will now receive free UPS Ground shipping, but will be assessed the standard $2.50 shipping and handling fee.  Free UPS Ground shipping is only available to the contiguous 48 states, and for retail orders placed online.  Any items that cannot be ordered online (due to special shipping) make any order containing them exempt from the free shipping option.


Shipping & Handling Fee:
A $2.50 shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders, including those that meet the free shipping requirements.

Product Availability:
Our inventory fluctuates! If you require products by a specific date, or need to place a large order, please call us first at (866) 381-0100 to check availability.


Shipment Carrier:

If you require a different carrier please call customer service at 1-866-381-0100 to place your order, and we will arrange for the carrier of your choice. If you cannot find exactly what you need, please contact customer service.  Please remember UPS will not deliver packages to a P.O. Box, so please provide a physical street address. *Please remember to check your shipping and billing addresses to ensure they are entered correctly. This will help to avoid delays when placing your order.


All UPS Shipments Require a Signature
!
Our standard policy is that all UPS shipments require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified.  If you do not wish to have to sign for UPS shipments, please put "No Signature Required" in the comments section when you place your order.  In addition, please call or email if you do not want a signature required, to ensure your package is shipped properly.  We will not be responsible for any issues with packages that do not require a signature.

Shipping Errors / Damage
:
Please remember to check your shipping and billing addresses to ensure they are entered correctly. This will help to avoid delays when placing your order.  Packages shipped via UPS Ground do not have a guaranteed “time of delivery”. Ground packages will arrive “By End of Day” on the day specified by UPS.  Check www.UPS.com for specific hours of delivery in your area. 

If the carton package looks damaged, do not accept the shipment.  Contact the main office immediately at (866) 381-0100.  If you open a package and the products inside are damaged, save all packaging materials and contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877.  Please have the tracking number of the package available when you call, as you will be asked to provide it. 


PayPal
Our online store now gives you the option of using a PayPal account to pay for any of your orders.  Simply choose "Bill my PayPal Account" from the two options when you begin the checkout process. 

E-Checks:
Please read all the information at the bottom of checkout step four, Review Order, when processing your order!  E-check orders will not be processed until the check has cleared!


WebTV and APO/FPO Users
:
Warning: You must have cookies enabled for the shopping cart to function properly. WebTV and APO/FPO users must call or fax in their orders (if possible), or a $15.00 charge will be assessed automatically for specialized shipping and handling.
