Authorized Art Clay Distributorship Requirements and Benefits
Distributor Account Policy
It is important to Art Clay World, USA, Inc. that distributors of our products are companies that have pride and dedication to their own products. We believe distributor status should be reserved for those businesses that have proven their commitment to their trade. We seek companies that not only have a past, but a focused, growth–oriented future. Therefore, we ask that applicants supply us with the following:
- Your company’s business letterhead and a business card for our records
- An operational business phone number
- A copy of your company's resale certificate
- A Yellow Pages listing, a web address, or a professional catalog or brochure
- A completed distributor application
- A signed copy of the Authorized Dealer Agreement, which includes the specific dollar purchase amount of Art Clay Silver and/or Gold series products required within a 12 month period
In addition, Art Clay World, USA, Inc. asks that our distributors adhere to the following stipulations:
- Prepayment of the first order of at least $1000
- Certification of one permanent employee or owner as a Level One Instructor if Art Clay classes are to be taught
- Pricing Art Clay Silver series products at or above 34% off the suggested retail price in accordance with our educational certification program standards
- Not to distribute Art Clay Silver, Gold, and Copper series products outside of North America
