    Art Clay Gold Paste

    Art Clay Gold Paste (1.5g) is in a viscous liquid form, so that you can add texture or draw directly on the surface of Art Clay Silver (fired piece), ceramic, porcelain and/or glass. This product has 77.5% of indicated weight is 24-Karat gold, and it becomes 22-Karat gold after firing. Art Clay Gold Paste comes in two bottles. One has 1.5gm of thick paste; the other contains a 5ml medium that is used to dilute the paste to a more workable consistency on glazed surfaces. Fires at 800ºC / 1472ºF. The holding time will vary depending on the combined material.

    Art Clay Silver 650/1200 Low Fire - Syringe Type

    You can use three different size syringe tips to create delicate, wire-like designs. Great for decorating pieces or to fill large gaps.

    Art Clay Silver 650/1200 Low Fire - Paste Type

    Used to coat or paint organic materials such as leaves, twigs, or paper forms. During the firing process, the organic material burns away leaving fine detail captured in silver. It is also used to bond pieces, and mend cracks created while working with 650/1200 Low Fire clay type. May be fired from 1200ºF to 1600ºF.

    Art Clay Silver - Paper Type

    Unique, paper-thin sheet of silver clay that needs no drying time. Created for origami, you can also fold, pleat, or punch out shapes for use as appliqué. Must be kiln fired at 1472ºF for 30 min.

    Art Clay Silver - Oil Paste Type

    Oil based rather than water based, this paste is essential for any post-firing repairs. It can be used to attach fired pieces together, or to add pure silver findings to fired pieces. Must be fired at 1472ºF for 30 min.

    Art Clay Silver Standard Slow Dry - Clay Type

    This clay dries five times slower giving the artist more time to form pieces. It is suitable for braiding, weaving, and intricate work on projects. Must be fired to at least 1472ºF.

    Art Clay Silver 650/1200 Low Fire - Overlay Paste Type

    Formulated specifically to be used on glazed porcelain and ceramics, but can also be used on glass. This paste is water soluble, and fires from 1200ºF to 1600ºF. May also be used to repair low-fired pieces containing heat sensitive elements such as glass or gemstones.

    Low Fire Art Clay Silver can be fired as low as 1200ºF; perfect for use with glass. Shrinkage is only 8-9%, the lowest ever. Glass colors stay true, no yellowing, and little movement.     Cork Clay

    The name says it all!  When fired with Art Clay Silver, the cork burns out making it an ideal substance for making beads, and other hollow structures.

    Fiber Blanket

    You can use this Fiber Blanket to help support your delicate Art Clay pieces when firing in a kiln.  You can also place delicate pieces (that have cooled to at least 275ºF) between two pieces of Fiber Blanket to allow them to cool slowly outside the kiln.

    Fiber Paper

    You can use this Fiber Paper underneath your glass and smooth surfaced Art Clay pieces when firing in a kiln.  This paper provides a safe-guard against unwanted texture left from uneven surfaces. 

    Fiber Paper can only be used for one firing!

    Oyumaru Molding Material

    This product makes a great mold, and amazingly, you can reuse it over and over again.  Directions: Dip the "Oyumaru" into hot water (more than 176ºF) for 30 minutes.  Then, take the "Oyumaru" out of the water with tongs and quickly dry it with a towel.  While it is still soft, press the piece you want to mold into the "Oyumaru".  If the "Oyumaru" hardens while you are working with it, repeat the process to soften the material.

    Pikal Care Pikal Care Polishing Cream

    This metal polishing cream adds an extra shine to your polished Art Clay pieces. Use small amounts of this cream on a cloth and hand buff your pieces well.  Then use a clean cloth to dry buff the excess off.  Residual compound can be removed with common baking soda.

    Photopolymer Sheet

    This wonderful new material has a nylon backing, so you can cut it with regular scissors, and it makes an wonderfully deep, crisp impression with an 8 minute exposure using a halogen lamp and 4 minute water wash out.

    Silicon Mold Mix

    This two part silicon mold mix captures amazing detail and is very flexible. Take equal parts of both compounds and knead them together until there is no marbling. Shape the ready mixture to accommodate whatever is leaving the impression and insert the object. The mold sets in about five minutes and can be tested by pressing a fingernail into a spare portion. If the fingernail impression stays; the mold is not dry.

    CAUTION: Over kneading this product, as well as unequal mixtures may cause the mold to either set too quickly or never at all.
