It’s nice to create with a lower priced clay. It is easy to use and fire.

3 of 5 Mixed results November 17, 2022
Reviewer: Katie from United States
I love ArtClay because of it's sustainable properties, and I wanted to try the Bronze as a more affordable option. I've fired twice now, a mix of rings and a few flat earring pieces, and I am getting really mixed results. The flat pieces come out beautifully! The gold tone color is stunning. But my rings appear to be mostly over heating when fired. They come out discolored, and the carbon sort of "eats" into the metal, chipping away pieces as I pull them out and attempt to clean them off. Shrinkage has been inconsistent as well. It definitely appears to be the thinner, more delicate areas that are most effected. I'll try lowering my temp by 10 degrees or so next time I fire.

The best Copper Clay I have used.  It is very versatile in that it can be torch fired or mixed with silver for Mokume Gane
