I came to the art of jewelry making rather recently, about 7 years ago in 2012, encouraged by my husband who thought it would be fun if I had a hobby that I could work on in close proximity to him while he's enjoying his hobbies. What started as a small hobby has become a passion, and I now devote myself nearly full time to creating jewelry.

In addition to working extensively with Art Clay, I originally certified to level 3 with PMC, and also use the Silhouette Curio. I also enjoy cutting cabochons, metalsmithing, wire weaving, and enameling.

Prior to diving into the art of jewelry making, I would never have seen myself with such an interest in tools and working with such small items. I now believe you're never too old to learn and perfect new skills.
