(Item # SGF-7312) System 96 Fine Lime Transparent Frit - Fine

System 96 Fine Frit is made from Bullseye Compatible sheet glass that has been crushed to 0.2-1.3mm particulate, screened, and magnetically cleaned. This style of glass can be used in fusing, lampworking, blowing, and casting molds. Techniques for frits include kilncasting, kilnforming (including "painting with light" and "glass sketch" styles,) and Pâte de verre, amongst others. During lampworking and blowing, frits can be used to add color and designs to the surface. Frit can be applied to compatible sheet glass, fired in prepared molds, and fused into a wide variety of forms, shapes, and sizes to create anything from panes to dinnerware to jewelry. Our frit is COE96 and available in an 8.5oz jar. Note: the color of the frit shown here is unfired, and may differ slightly from the appearance of fired items. The color of fired frit will vary depending on thickness of application (thicker areas will appear darker) and the color of any base glass.
