This Taklon bristle brush is 8" long and it has a fine, pointed tip for precision use. The handle has a soft grip for easy handling. Taklon is a synthetic fiber used in artist-quality brushes; it is a smooth, soft polyester derivative that is commonly used because of its "allergy free" properties. The brush handle is made of plastic, so it will not deteriorate in water like wooden brushes.
