Placing Orders: Retail customers and Instructors are welcome to place orders online through our secure website, or by phone by calling our office during business hours. Wholesale and Distributor accounts must place orders via email or fax. Payment is expected when orders are placed, with the exception of pre-qualified Instructor accounts. Should an order need to be held or adjusted per customer request, the order may incur a $25 Hold/Change Fee. Any orders placed by customers with past-due balances will be held until previous balances are paid in full. During business hours, customer service is always available to assist with any product or technical questions – please don’t hesitate to call and ask!

Out of Stock Items and Backorders: We do our absolute best to be up-to-the-minute with stock numbers. In the event an item is ordered that is not actually in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know. Art Clay World USA, Inc. (ACWUSA) does not accept backorders; any items ordered beyond available stock will be cancelled from your order with our sincere apologies. You are welcome to call or use our website to check back on stock status for future orders.

Shipping: All domestic orders placed before 1pm CST will ship the same day for all in-stock items. International orders will be shipped within 3 business days for all in-stock items. Should any products be on backorder, customers will be notified by email or phone, and in-stock items will be shipped within the time frames listed above. Items which are drop-shipped have a separate shipping fee as listed by their respective manufacturer. ACWUSA will ship orders using the method selected by customers; should a customer refrain from selecting a preferred service their order will be shipped using USPS.
*Damaged Upon Arrival: Should a parcel be delivered with severe damage that renders its contents questionable, customers may refuse the shipment and have it returned to ACWUSA. Products refused/returned in damaged shipping packaging will be inspected and the order re-shipped containing undamaged items. (This is exactly why you see Shipping Insurance rates on your order – so we can take care of your items for you if they are damaged by the shipping carrier!)
*Lost Parcels: Once packages have been turned over to the selected shipping service, ACWUSA has no further control over them; they are considered the recipient's property by the carrier. So, whether items were sent UPS or USPS, the Customer must make the first contact to inquire directly with the carrier. For UPS, once the customer opens a claim, we are then able to assist in locating a package by working with UPS and tracking information to narrow down package location. For USPS, the Customer must allow 10 days for delivery before they are able to file a Lost Package claim using their tracking number. If the parcel has not yet been listed as delivered, ACWUSA may be able to contact USPS for additional information, though often we are told that the Customer needs to be the one to file and follow up all claims. If a shipment is listed as delivered, but the Customer did not receive the package, the Customer must be the one to contact USPS and request not only proof of delivery but the GPS coordinates of the delivery itself.  All USPS packages shipped with a tracking number are able to have delivery verified with GPS. If GPS verification proves incorrect delivery, the Customer can then immediately file their claim with and for USPS to refund their lost parcel. USPS issues the funds to the Customer directly; ACWUSA receives nothing and is not involved with reimbursement in any way.

Returns: Art Clay World USA, Inc. requires a Return Authorization for each and every returned item. To receive a Return Authorization, contact our office by email or phone within 5 business days of receipt of the order; please have the Invoice Number, Item Number, LOT number (if applicable) and a description of any damage or defect. Return Authorizations may be assigned for any defective or damaged product, and return shipping costs will be credited. For returns of products that are not damaged or defective (i.e. mind change or overpurchase), return shipping will not be credited and a 10% restocking fee will be assigned. Items shipped back to our facility without a Return Authorization will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will apply. Items purchased from our company through any third party (such as must be returned through that same selling entity. ACWUSA. does not accept returns of outdated products; all customers are encouraged to note applicable product expiry dates and use items accordingly.

ACWUSA will accept returns claimed as damaged in transit or defective within 30 days of purchase; said product must be returned and evaluated before refund will be issued.We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, undamaged, unused items in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued for items past 30 days of purchase or that have been opened, damaged, used, or are no longer in their original packaging. Items returned unsalable will not be refunded. Art Clay World USA will not refund shipping fees.

Returns can not be accepted for discontinued or clearance items.
